This page is intended to provide a description of the services and responsibilities of PPM on our Bronze, Silver and Gold vessel management subscription.
More services and categories may become available over time; those enhancements may require adjustment in fees for access, as needed.
Our services are designed to take away the stress of yacht ownership, so that you can spend your time on the water and not in a boatyard.

Bronze
- Email support and advice during business hours.
- Assistance reviewing quotes and proposals
- Emergency situation advise, project management to perform necessary repairs*
*solutions and logistics will be billed at an additional charge.
Gold
- 24 hour/day VIP support to ensure that you optimize your time on the water.
- Inventory & Asset Management
- I) Includes an implemented system (tools & process) that allows for ongoing, up-to-date, and accurate inventory/asset tracking, logging, and enhancements made to the boat.
- II) Enables documentation for a variety of data regarding purchased parts/items through an updated inventory.

- Design and document the appropriate safety and security systems, features, process, and tools throughout the vessel.
- Provide overview, tutorials, and quick use training materials.
- Documentation & logging support
- Critical vessel documentation management.
- Vessel enhancement & repair logging: assurance that all modifications to the vessel will initially be run through PPM for consulting for future proofing and design concept, in order to maintain a cost effective and timely approach to projects.
Silver
Email support for issues and advice: 9am- 5pm Monday- Saturday.- Assistance reviewing quotes and proposals.
- Video calls to assist with ideas and solutions: 9am- 5pm Monday- Saturday
- 24 hour emergency assistance and repair support.
- Management, parts sourcing and logistics. PPM will be ready to assist and get you sailing again as fast as possible.
- Mail scanning or forwarding service *postage fees may apply.
- Emergency shore based EPIRB and disaster management contact.
